How does Klink-iT work?

Klink-iT lets you send drinks, meals, desserts, coffee, and other menu items to friends, family, coworkers, or clients at participating businesses—even if you’re miles away. Choose a participating business, select a menu item, personalize your Klink, and send it instantly.

Does the recipient need the app?

Yes. Recipients download the free Klink-iT app to receive and redeem their Klinks. Creating an account only takes a few minutes.

What can I send with a Klink?

Each Participating Business chooses which menu items are available through Klink-iT. Depending on the business, you may be able to send drinks, appetizers, entrées, desserts, coffee, and more.

How much time do I have to redeem a Klink?

The recipient has 7 days from when a Klink is sent to visit the business and redeem it. If nothing is redeemed within that window, the Klink expires and the sender is never charged.

If the recipient redeems part of a Klink — say, 2 of 5 beers — a new 48-hour countdown starts for the remaining balance. If the rest isn’t redeemed in that time, it expires too. Either way, the sender is only ever charged for what’s actually redeemed.

How do I become a Klink-iT Business Partner?

Restaurants, bars, breweries, wineries, coffee shops, and other participating businesses can create a free account, build their menu, and start accepting Klinks in just a few minutes.
